mobile number and after verified by OTP (one time password) follow the
instructions. Read the terms and conditions, fill up the details and submit the
registration form.
Are
there any registration charges?
Registration on ichamotti.com is free.
Can I have
multiple accounts?
Each email address and contact phone
number can only be associated with only one account.
What is My
Account?
My Account is the section where you
reach after you log into ichamotti.com. My Account allows you to track your
active orders, as well as see your order history and update your contact
details.
How to get the
forgotten password?
On the Login page click on forgot
password. Then enter your registered phone number. A One Time Password (OTP)
will be sent to your phone number. Submit that OTP then a password will be sent
to your phone number & mail also. You can log in through that password, In
case of any further issues please contact our customer support team.

We have our delivery team and as per
your selected delivery time slot, we do the same.

might I store Fish or chicken that I requested?
Keep 0˚ - 4˚c to store the item.
How will I
claim or request a replacement/refund of the delivery product?
At the time of delivery if we deliver
the wrong or damaged product then you can claim replacement or refund the
product. Please note replacement depends on the availability of the same

minimum order amount?
The minimum order amount is Rs.299/- to
place an order.

Delivery slots are as follows:
9AM - 11AM

What is the
procedure to get back my money for wrong-delivered or damaged products?
For online payment, you can get your
order amount refund within 2-3 working days depending on bank to bank and for cash-on-delivery,
you will get the order amount refund via CASH or UPI within 24hrs.
If I am not
satisfied with the delivered products what shall I do?
You can return the product at the time
of delivery or you can return/replace the product within 24hours of delivery.
Please note we do not accept cooked products.
Can I add or
remove products after placing my order?
Once your order is completed, you will
not be able to make modifications to the website. Please contact our customer
support team for any modification of an order.
Can I change
the delivery slot after placing my order?
You cannot change your delivery once you
place the order. In case of emergency, you can contact us at +91-8013908428 and
we will try our best to change.
How do I check
the current status of my order?
You can contact our customer
representative to know details/status about your order.
Can I order in
bulk?
Yes, we accept bulk orders at a very
reasonable rate.
Are there any
hidden charges/taxes in addition to the price shown?
No. there are no tax charges but we
charge for delivery <599 i.e. Rs. 38/-
per order over the price shown on the website.
How do you
weigh your products?
Chicken, Mutton, mushrooms, and a few
fish items will be exact or greater than the weight shown. Other fish items are
weighted before cut and clean, after cut and clean the net weight will be
lesser 10% to 40% from the gross weight depending on the variety of
fish/fishes.
